I am married to a farmer and we grow 120 acres of blackcurrants on the outskirts of Ross on Wye in Herefordshire, contracted to Glaxo SmithKline for Ribena.
This agricultural background has undoubtedly influenced my area of journalism, which includes topics related to food, farming and rural issues.
